In theory, you could even reflash Gamesharks with it.
I have a bricked Gameshark that I have had tired to be repaired with no success. If you would like someone to test this, just let me know how to do it.

I tested with a 1GB and 4GB class 2 SanDisk microSD. Both worked and both took approximately 7.5 seconds to load a 64MB file. I'll do some more tests later, though I think the only other microSD I have is 64MB.

While I guess this would be limited in use, would it be possible to retrieve the date from a 64DD at startup and use that? There's a homebrew out there that reads the time from the 64DD.
