I guess I'm a bit late to the party, but, hopefuly you'll still be interested in knowing this: Some Rare games do, in fact, run at native PAL resolutions. Not all do, that's true, but some do. What I would like is that the menu erased the sectors occupied by files it creates, namely cart saves and CPak images, because I usually fiddle with these PC-side and it usually becomes impossible to tell actual save data from leftover garbage. I don't really know how hard this would be to implement...
