I can recommend the Sandisk Ultra UHS-I cards.

Sanni has graciously agreed to send his non-working card to me so I can debug it and figure out the reason. Probably it's something very simple. I have the exact same card here, but it must be different internally.

Finally released 2.00!

New hardware spec and release notes added.

1. If you have firmware 1.xx, just use the above link and easy upgrade.

2. If you have a beta firmware 2.xx, you will need to use the 2.xx loader and apply this upgrade:

Use the loader EXE from this archive:

I've been following the status of this firmware upgrade to see if any hardware revisions or upgrades would be made to the 64drive as a result of work on the firmware or HDMI support. I am not personally aware of any current hardware limitations, but wasn't sure if you had/would discover some during the firmware update process.

Now that the firmware has been released, do you foresee any additional versions (or upgraded models) of the 64drive in the near future, or have you designed it in such a way that this not a likely possibility?

I appreciate any information that you wish disclose.

One of the motivations for doing firmware 2.00 was so that I would have a good code base to use whenever I do a redesign in the future. It will probably happen sometime so long as the 64drive keeps selling, but not in the immediate future.
I tried to plan ahead when I originally did the hardware, that's why it's possible to add these new features with a firmware upgrade 3 years later :)

Will the new code base allow for adding Gameshark sometime in the near future? That is the one last feature I would like to see. Thanks again for all your hard work!
