Firmware 2.01 - better SD support

Reworked some parts of the SD controller.
Ready to open this up to more people for testing. If all goes well, it will go live on the main support page.
How to upgrade:
Required: Firmware 2.00, Menu 1.12c or later
1. Copy <removed> to your SD card or CF.
Boot it up and load the file as if it was a game.
2. Done!
I'd appreciate if you could try it out with all the SD cards you have, let me know if any are not working.
