It's going well, all OSD-related functionality. It's now CPU controlled (yes, the thing has its own cpu) and can respond to controller input in various cases

I have insider information that it is this close to be finished:
We are now here |--------------| This is when it will be finished.

How many years has this been in the making, 4 now? I don't mean to be a douche, I just am, just wait for the poor man to finish. There are no substitute to this in my mind, unless you count RGB-mod + Framemeister, so just be patient and chillax :D

Hi! I just registered here to share my thoughts:
supermario3 - Throw us a bone; be quite and patient or go away. You annoyed me to the point of creating this account and posting here... just for you!

marshallh - Carry on good sir. Please withhold the next news update as this whiny person is really aggravating! The rest of us know you're working hard at it.

Had no idea there was an HDMI PCB in the works for the N64...that's just a dream come true! I would definitely want to acquire myself one of these and just install it myself. Definitely looking forward to streamlining all of my recordings and streams with HDMI. :D

Keep up the good work and I'll definitely keep myself posted to all updates.

@Supermario3, please! Stop nagging so much about updates so frequently...it will be ready when it's ready. Just patient dude! Your posts are partly why I joined as soon as I found out about this. Make constructive and informative questions and not the same over-repetitive posts with the same questions. :P

One thing I wanted to ask aside from all the things that have been answered and that I've already seen for myself, will there be a 720p mode for non-1080p monitors or TVs that do not support anything higher than 720p or is it even in the cards? Just curious..I just gathered that 480p & 1080p are supported in buffered mode from an earlier post in this thread. Gathered from this post here

Just wondering! :D

I am shooting to have 720p as well for a baseline fallback mode. Not sure if it will look very good resampled to fit 720p.
