Just Wow, so sharp and crisp even with YouTube's horrible compression, you've sold me once again Marshall!

I did see the screenshot of F-Zero showing the onboard menu in it's alpha stage right? I used it to see what it would look like on my HDTV, it is simply astounding. The colours are just so vibrant and the picture is beyond sharp.

I have to stay thank you for having an option to turn off scanlines, as great as they look, I prefer them off and love having all those sharp pixels. Also no sync issues going from interlaced 480i to progressive 240p it looks seamless, that I instantly fell in love with

I do have a few questions thou, how will the menu be controlled, will it be a series of hot-keys on one of the N64 controllers?

For games that have a "16:9" mode will there be an option in the menu to adjust the image accordingly or will it be automatic? From the looks of it you showed off DK 64 in that 16:9 mode and it looks great.

All and all, excellent work I'm saving up already for this beautiful piece of technology that brings my childhood to the HD era.

Color is amazing. The way each pixel shows it's proper color it's just amazing. I was so tired of pixel changing color with analogue video. Is there any chance of showing Turok 2 in an upcoming video?

It depends on your N64. They come with different video DACs. I think this page lists them all. The MAV-NUS is hardest to solder and that is definitely smaller than MSOP. Hereyou can see an RGB mod installation on the MAV-NUS. I think that is comparable to the installation process of the HDMI mod.

The other ones are pretty simple to solder to, but I am not entirely sure if they are comparable to MSOP.

The demo videos look great! cant wait to get my hands on one of these and try it out. I may have to talk to you about becoming an installer and possibly a reseller. Great work!

Loving the flat flex cable. The installation process just got so much easier compared to a load of super tiny wires. I bet you could just drag solder that flat flex in seconds with a little flux and some practice.

Will there be sticky tape on the underside of the flat flex?
