64DD conversions - play on 64drive

Zoinkity has been doing a lot of work with software wizardry to make these 64DD games playable on 64drive!
Props to him for an incredible amount of hacking necessary to make this possible.
Saving and loading is a bit cumbersome as it requires some USB invocations.
Cart images are on the right. Thanks Seru-kun for hosting these.
